By submitting this form it is understood and acknowledged that fees are for vehicle space only. The transportation is complimentary and service on site is optional. You acknowledge that you have full insurance for coverage on your bike and agree that The Fitness Technique Inc, its employees, volunteers or other associated parties are not responsible for damage, loss, delay or misadventure. I further release The Fitness Technique, its employees, volunteers or other associated parties from liabilities arising from use of the bicycle following or as a result of transport. The bike is in good working condition, the owner is responsible for all accidents, injuries and damages caused directly or indirectly by transport or service.
